Established in 2013, the FSA is the regulator for non-banking financial services in Seychelles. It is also responsible for the registration of International Business Companies, Foundations, Limited Partnerships and International Trusts in the Seychelles.

The FSA’s mandates are as follows:

• Focusing on regulation, licensing and compliance
• Ensuring that Seychelles continues to meet the requirements of the international regulatory environment
• Providing supervision, support and development of financial companies in the Seychelles
